1. Operator and scope

This document covers access to the website and application. Reading this page does not record acceptance or change contracts or commercial conditions you have already agreed to.
2. Available service
The platform helps organize agencies and their clients, including contacts, business inquiries, contracts, calendars, content, reviews and reports, according to the modules enabled and each account's permissions.
The calendar lets you prepare materials, organize dates and review content. When the Meta integration is enabled for the agency, it also lets you publish immediately or schedule content delivery to authorized professional Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages.
Publishing and scheduling
- Delivery requires a connected account with publishing permissions, associated with the relevant business. Authorization to view reports does not by itself enable publishing.
- The final version approved by the client is sent. An agency staff member with the relevant permission may choose to publish without that approval, providing a mandatory reason that is retained in the history. This decision is not presented as client approval.
- Placing a post in the calendar does not by itself schedule delivery. You must confirm Programar (Schedule): the post's date, time and time zone are used, and delivery continues even if you close your browser. Scheduling currently accepts whole hours from 09:00 to 21:00; Publicar ahora (Publish now) is available at any hour.
- After scheduling is confirmed, the publication has the status Programada (Scheduled). For delivery through Meta, it changes to Publicada (Published) when Meta confirms the selected destinations. If you choose Publicar también en Facebook (Also publish to Facebook), the same materials and text are sent to the enabled Page for the same business; each network's result can be viewed separately.
When no account is available for delivery, you can download the materials and publish directly on the social network. Ya lo publiqué (I have already published it) only records a publication made outside the platform: it does not send or schedule content through Meta.
3. Accounts and permissions
- Keep your account details up to date and protect your login credentials. Notify the service operator if you notice access you do not recognize.
- Act only within agencies, clients and resources for which you are authorized. An invitation or role does not grant access to information in other workspaces.
- When inviting people or connecting a client's assets, verify that you are authorized to do so. The agency manages its members' responsibilities within the available permissions.
4. Content and permitted use
Adding materials does not transfer their ownership to the platform operator. You must have the necessary rights and authorizations for the text, images, videos and personal data you upload or share.
The platform processes these materials to host and display them and facilitate tasks requested by authorized people, in accordance with the privacy policy and workspace permissions.
Do not use the service to violate third-party rights, distribute unlawful content, attempt to access others' data or interfere with the platform's security or operation.
5. Third-party integrations
Connections to external services are voluntary. You must be authorized to connect the relevant assets and comply with the provider's terms. Granted permissions can be revoked through the provider or the available disconnection options.
Meta integrations let you discover business assets, obtain Instagram and Meta Ads reports and, where enabled, publish or schedule organic content on Instagram and Facebook Pages. Meta Ads reports are read-only: this feature does not create, modify or pause campaigns, budgets or ads. The individual Instagram connection available for reports does not by itself enable calendar delivery.
These features depend on the agency being enabled, supported formats, granted permissions, a valid connection and each account's and provider's restrictions. Expired authorization, rejected materials or technical interruptions may prevent or delay delivery relative to the scheduled time. Check each destination's status and result before publishing again through another method. Disconnecting an account does not remove publications already on the social network.
A Meta connection does not mean that Meta operates, sponsors or endorses the platform. Provider names identify the services with which the platform integrates.
6. Commercial conditions
Included modules, amounts, currency, billing, duration and renewal or cancellation conditions must be stated in the offer, plan or commercial agreement applicable to your account. This draft does not establish new fees or change previously agreed conditions.
The final version of these terms must be reviewed alongside the actual commercial conditions before adoption.
7. Privacy and data deletion
The privacy policy explains the data processed, its purposes, recipients, retention and rights. The deletion instructions explain how to request data deletion and the unlinking of connected assets.
Requests are verified according to the identity and authorization of the person making them. Closing a personal account does not by itself authorize deletion of information belonging to an entire agency or to third parties.
8. Support and changes
Each final version must state its effective date. Proposed changes affecting the terms of use will be communicated through an appropriate channel before application where required. This draft does not record acceptance of changes by continued browsing.
